Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Tarsi we strive to provide the best customer service to help our customers as far as possible, we trust you and hence the following points cover our Refund, Return & Cancellation policy.
  • Order must be cancelled within 72 hours of placing or before the product is dispatched for shipping. You can call us or send us a message through our website contact form or email us on tarsiwear@outlook.com.
  • If the product you received is incorrect in anyway, please contact us and we will help you get the right product.
  • There are few times when you may feel, for any reason, not happy with your purchase, we will do the needful on case by case basis and process a full refund.
  • For a full refund you should send us the following to tarsiwear@outlook.com:
    • Copy your invoice/bill/payment details and order number.
    • A full reason for your return, that may include images of product. within 30 days of purchase.
  • We will confirm the refund initiation through email and process your request within 21 days.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All the deliveries within Ahmadabad are free of cost. Orders will be processed for shipping within 24 hours. Once the shipping is confirmed our courier will deliver the product to your address in the time line confirmed with you in our shipping order mail.

For all the other destination a minimum shipping charge will be applicable depending on the charges offered by the courier service for that location. Once the shipping is confirmed you will receive the tracking details of the courier.
